Opened in summer 2024, the Barcelo Cappadocia is a spacious, family-friendly retreat that blends modern indulgences with local character. When you’re not lounging by one of the two pools, you could be blissed out in the marbled-lined hammam or admiring the otherworldly scenery from the panoramic terrace, and there are crowd-pleasing regional dishes in the restaurants and bars.
